Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident buying The Anti-Scam System. This policy explains when and how you can request a refund for the digital eBook.
If the guide doesn't show you at least one defense you didn't already know, email us within [30 days] of purchase and we'll refund you in full. This window must match the guarantee shown on the homepage.
1. How to request a refund
Email [support@yourdomain.com] from the address you used at checkout, within [30 days] of your purchase. Please include:
- your order or receipt number (from your Stripe email confirmation);
- the email address used for the purchase;
- optionally, a short note on why it wasn't right for you — feedback helps us improve.
2. How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe, usually within [5–10] business days, depending on your bank or card provider. We'll email you once it's processed.
3. Digital product note
Because this is an instantly delivered digital download, we're unable to recover the file once it's been sent. Refunds are offered under the guarantee above as a goodwill commitment, not because the file can be "returned". We may decline refunds where there is clear evidence of abuse (for example, repeated buy-and-refund activity or redistribution of the Product).
4. Your statutory rights
This policy is in addition to — and does not limit — any rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of your country (for example, the Australian Consumer Law, or EU/UK consumer rights). Where those laws give you stronger protection, those rights apply.
